Workshop

Exploring Identity & Bias to Deepen Connection Across Difference

Each of our identities are formed through the development of our unique gifts, strengths but also characteristics like race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and class. In this session, groups will explore both visible and hidden aspects of their identity, and explore how these impact how we communicate, what we prioritize, and how we connect. Visibilizing these aspects of identity will help teams foster deeper empathy, creativity, and connection.

It’s a different facilitation style that you have but I can see how it works. It’s a much more human experience, rather than a student teacher discussion. I’m impressed.

What’s Behind Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Work?

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) work begins by acknowledging different types of diversity, and what causes the difference.
